SCENE I.
(EST. SHOT hand writing a note as extreme close-ups, three shots)
INT. Classroom, STUDENT folding note and passing.
INT. Classroom, TEACHER writing on board.
INT. Classroom, SOPHIA opening note, and reading, over the shoulder shot.
INT. Classroom, SOPHIA reading note, medium wide shot.
INT. Classroom, Extreme close-up, note's content.
“PARTY – FRIDAY AT 9:00 PM – ANT'S HOUSE”
SCENE II.
EXT. Outside of school, SOPHIA meeting PAUL at car, medium wide shot.
PAUL: “Hey Sophia.”
SOPHIA: “Hey Paul. Can you give me a ride home?”
PAUL: “Sure. No problem, get in.”
INT. Car, from backseat filming over the shoulder front seat.
PAUL: “So what are you doing Friday night? Want to go to the movies? I get out of work around 9:30 .”
SOPHIA: “Ah, sorry. I already have plans, I think I'm going to Anthony's party on Friday. Why don't you come with me?”
PAUL: “I don't think that's a great idea, you know what sort of parties that kid has, all the –“
INT. Car, from center column, worms eye shot.
SOPHIA: “- Yeah I know, I know.”
PAUL: “Well than you shouldn't go.”
SOPHIA: “No way, I'm going. It'll be fun. Can you give me a ride there?”
INT. Car, from backseat filming over the shoulder front seat.
PAUL: “I really don't think you should go at all, why would I drive you?”
SOPHIA: “Fine than, I'll walk!”
PAUL: “Why do you even have to go in the first place?? We can go to the movies or we can go to the mall, or something!”
SOPHIA: “Because I'm sick of my boring life! I want –excitement-, I want –adventure-, I want things you can't give me! If you won't take me, I'll walk there.”
PAUL: “Fine, whatever.”
EXT. Front of Sophia's house, Paul pulls up and lets her out, distant wide shot facing house.
EXT. Front door, worms eye shot of Sophia going inside.
SCENE III.
(EST. SHOT Sophia's house, Night.)
(CUT TO) EXT. Sophia's house, she leaves the front door and walks out to the road.
(CUT TO) INT. Paul's house, drinking soft drink in kitchen.
(CUT TO) EXT. Sophia walking down the street.
(CUT TO) INT. Paul's house, in front of TV.
(CUT TO) EXT. Sophia walking down the street.
(CUT TO) INT. Paul getting into bed.
(CUT TO) EXT. Party house, Sophia knocks on the door. The door is answered and she walks in.

(EST. SHOT, Shots of people partying, slow motion medium shot. Slow motion done in post production.)

INT. Wide shot of couch, Anthony, John,(tentatively) and Sophia on couch- Red cups in hand, Anthony is red faced.
INT. Worms Eye with slight zoom of Sophia.. From center of room, Sophia begins to walk, camera starts at her and follows her as she walks to the kitchen.
INT. Medium shot from previous, zoom out to show door way with Sophia walking through.
INT. The band playing from Worms Eye on vocalist.
INT. Half-Worms Eye view. Chair with Sophia sitting in it holding a cup, dropping the cup onto the floor.
INT. Extreme closeup of cup hitting the floor and spilling.
SCENE V.
(EST. SHOT, people passed out on the floor, Sophia in the center of the room.)
INT. Medium shot, Anthony trying to wake up Sophia.
ANTHONY: “Come on, Wakeup…” (He shakes her.) “Wake up!”
(No movement from Sophia.)
ANTHONY: “John! Man she's not waking up!”
INT. Worms eye, John and Anthony looking down at her.
JOHN: “What do you mean she's not waking up?”
ANTHONY: “I don't know.. Just help me get her into the bathroom.”
INT. Medium shot, Anthony/John taking Sophia into the bathroom.
INT. Medium shot, other angle to show Sophia being placed into bathtub.
INT. Extreme close-up, water being turned on.
INT. Birds eye, pan up from Sophia's legs to face. (Extremely slow)
